  2. 1.1. The Home Delivery Service is only available to members of the public who are 18 years old and above and only applies when you purchase any amount or more (excluding Savings) in one transaction at our website and is subject to a maximum travel distance. The distance of delivery is limited to within the area of Coventry from postcode CV1, CV2, CV3, CV4, CV5, CV6, CV32.

1.2. Our drivers will only deliver an order to an address if there is someone who is 18 years of age or over to sign for the delivery, drivers may ask to see a proof of identity. You need to check the fresh goods prior sign for the delivery as they are non-refundable and exchangeable. If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, we will leave notification of our visit and will return the products to our store. You will need to arrange an alternate delivery slot

1.3. We can only deliver to addresses within our delivery area (Coventry), you need to check the area you live before the purchasing procedure. We will always aim to deliver your products within the delivery slot that has been agreed with you. However, delivery slots are subject to availability and we cannot accept any liability if your products are delivered at a different time or if your order is not complete.

1.4. To comply with licensing laws, we can only deliver alcohol during our licensed hours.

1.5. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver alcohol to anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 and cannot provide a valid proof of identity to demonstrate they are over the age of 18 years or who appear to be under the influence of alcohol.

1.6. We may cancel or change the date and time of delivery in the event of adverse weather conditions or any other event outside our reasonable control, if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to re-schedule your delivery. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver goods in certain areas at any time.

1.7. We may decline to offer free Home Delivery in the event of temporary failure of electrical equipment, mechanical breakdown, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control.

1.8. Whilst we take every care to deliver your order we cannot be liable for any loss or damage you may incur (whether direct or indirect) arising from any delay, failure or other problem relating to our delivery of the goods.
